Blacklist

The following people have been found to have stolen content from Mizu no Kenshi, despite the warnings I put up and the fact that common sense would dictate that copying content from a site and uploading it on your own page without giving due credit is WRONG. Sorry for being so bitchy about this, but I really can't stand people who steal other people's work. That having been said, here are a few people who have stolen stuff from this website. Related screenshots are added below (I DON'T link back to sites owned by people in the blacklist).

Utara Geisha (a.k.a.) Goddess Sonata

This girl used one of the wallpaper I made for this site as a background for her Xanga blog without permission, and hot-linked to it. Also uploaded the mp3 of Mizu no Kenshi (I could tell it was the same mp3 as the one I had uploaded here because of the file properties) to her website for download, without giving proper credit. Thankfully, she has removed all my content from her websites, and removed all links to my sites as per my request (sorry, but I'm harsh when it comes to these things).

Darkspadesjester at MySpace.com

He copy-pasted ALL the textual content found in the Tokiya "In a Nutshell" page, the Meguri Kyouza page, and the page about Ensui and Tokiya's fighting style. Additionally, he stole a grand total of 22 images from the image gallery and uploaded it into his MySpace photo album. Note that some of the pictures are from generous people who were kind enough to allow me to use their images in this site, like Bottou-chan's screenshots and Kageneko's cels. No links or credits whatsoever can be found anywhere on this person's site. Apart from failing to credit Mizu no Kenshi/me and the people whose contributions he stole, he even fails to mention the name of the anime/manga series Tokiya is from, and does not mention any of Flame of Recca's producers/creators. Related screenshots are as follows:
Fortunately, he has taken out the said content from his page. In our message exchange, he said that it was his friend who gave him the said content, and that he assumed that his friend was the one who wrote the articles. He also stated that he found the 22 screenshots over at Photobucket, but after doing several thorough searches, I have yet to find any of them uploaded there. Nevertheless, I gave him the benefit of the doubt since he DID remove the content and said that this type of incident will never occur again.
